Duct

I used duct tape for its intended purpose last night when the duct work that goes from our dryer to the outside vent fell off of the wall. That was entertaining.

I'm officially on break. I have been for a week, but I feel like I've finally settled in. My family was out of town so I took advantage of their absence as is only appropriate. It's been entertaining, but now that they're home I've begun the process of settling into a schedule of sorts. I've got a stack of books I'm working through, and about a million projects to work on. But I'm excited about it all.

Inches

I just realized that, after tonight, I won't sleep in a dorm room again until February. This is exciting. I'm going home tomorrow afternoon/evening to spend the weekend at home studying and writing a paper. Saturday morning I'll take my family to the airport. Monday I'll drive down to school to take an exam and turn in the aforementioned paper.

I am inches away from being able to piece my skull back together.

I've got final exams

Sorry for the lack of posts. I didn't have an excuse for a long time, I was just busy and lazy and dealing with real life (which can sorta suck a lot at times). Now I do have an excuse, though. Tomorrow is the last day of regular classes for the semester, so I'm heading into finals. My last final exam is next Monday and my family leaves for Mexico on Saturday, so I'll have a week at home alone without them. I'm excited about having some time to decompress after finals without my family in the picture. It's just about the ideal scenario.

I have a month off from school beginning on Monday. I won't have class again until second semester begins at the beginning of February. I could not be more excited.

That's all I have time for. I will say this, though: romance may or may not be afoot. I went on a really great date last night. All I know for sure is that I've got it bad for this girl. So we'll see what happens.
